Our teams – “the Weirdo’s” – are inspired by creativity, complimented by technology and driven by a delivery focus.
Our Weirdo’s are incredibly curious, love to learn, extremely focused and often inquisitive too. 
As a distributed workforce we have many different cultures represented in our talent pool, our Weirdo’s have a lot to talk about and learn from each other, as they promote self-growth.
Our talent pool is diverse with a combination of creative directors, programme and project managers, business analysts, data scientists, consultants, designers, content creators, producers, architects, developers (lots of these), innovators, and most importantly delivery experts. 

Our primary focus is on delivery and helping our clients get across the line, to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences for their customers.

Sometimes you may be working well within your comfort zone, but a lot of the time - as a FranklyWeird disruptor - you will be driving yourself and your deliverables into the realms of the unknown.
At FranklyWeird we operate a distributed workforce which means we employ people that create their own workspace, and can work from anywhere in the world. On Location support is offered to all clients, and with our distributed workforce you can choose if you want to work onsite or from home, or both.

FranklyWeird offers a range of awesome perks too; as we operate a distributed workforce, you can choose to work from home, in a communal-space you want to create, or even whilst you’re travelling from location to location.  
We pay your salary in GBP and you can convert it into local currency if you choose, and a stipend to contribute to your home-office setup. To keep your skills up to date, we are currently developing a learning academy just for our Weirdo’s. You get up to 30 days holiday, 24/7 support from your fellow Weirdo’s as someone is always online to help, travel and accommodation cost compensation for onsite projects, and a whole lot more. Saving the best for last, twice a year we organise a Soirée where everyone gets together to do some work, but mostly to have a lot of fun and share experiences.
